What we collect

WAAI keeps your messages, contacts and templates on your device. To operate the product, we sync a minimal set of metadata to our servers: your WhatsApp phone number (as an identifier), message counts, timestamps, and template names. We do not collect message bodies or contact details.

How we use it

The synced metadata is used to enforce free-tier limits, provide support, and improve the product. Payment records (via Razorpay) are stored to prove activation.

Sharing

We don't sell data. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your entitlement and synced records at any time by contacting support.
